Soapoli-online.nl was long one of the few online providers of STI self-test kits. But as the market grew, so did competition. What once was a leading position became increasingly difficult to maintain and expand.

At the same time, the market became more complex. Strict advertising guidelines made it harder to activate campaigns and rank in Google. This required a well-thought-out strategy where all channels, from SEO to Ads and content, worked seamlessly together.

To strengthen and expand this position, we built a strong foundation. Starting with a central keyword analysis, we defined a clear direction for SEO, content, and advertising - ensuring all efforts reinforced each other.

We then focused on scale and consistency. Over 100 SEO texts were created with authority around key search terms, while a multichannel advertising strategy drove direct visibility and growth. At the same time, we explored ways to strengthen local presence, including collaborations with pharmacies.

By continuously optimizing and using data as the starting point, all channels grew even within a complex and regulated market.
