What problem did you want to solve by choosing Brandfirm?

Erik: "We were looking for an agency that could help us with various online marketing matters, such as getting a grip on our SEO/SEA activities, social media, content marketing, as well as strategic advice.

How did you approach the problem, Kevin, what was the strategy?

Kevin: "By driving major growth through the core strengths of DIKS. Car rental is essentially a demand-driven market. On the one hand, we want to grow in volume through search ads with a healthy ROI, while on the other, we want to build organic visibility and work on the DIKS brand.

Keeping a close eye on fleet occupancy has remained a nice challenge. For DIKS, it’s important to have the highest possible percentage of vehicles on the road. Not too much downtime, while also ensuring we have sufficient supply. By identifying peak times on the spot, we can play with efficiency and visibility per category, to make sure it works out.

There are still so many great ideas on the shelf for the future, so keep an eye on DIKS and you will see those pop up.
